The hotel has a great view in a great location near the old town and the railway station. The rooms were beautifully appointed and renovated, with gleaming hardwood floors and totally modern bathrooms, but it was quite loud due to being near a city-train station. The lack of A/C and the street light right by the window on the 2nd floor facing Krakow Glowny station were minor inconveniences. The rooms consist of single beds pushed together, which led to an uncomfortable sleep experience due to the noise, old decor, bright light, and lack of cleanliness. However, the service was efficient and caring, arranging a garage for our motorbike, and the location was excellent for exploring Krakow's attractions. The dining experience was not ideal, with limited choices and layout issues. Despite the downsides, the hotel offers decent value for the money.
