Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is ideally situated between the old town and the train station, making it convenient for exploring both areas. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, though the soft beds might not be suitable for everyone. The service is incredibly helpful and friendly, especially accommodating special vehicle needs. The location is superb, with easy access to public transportation and key attractions. Dining options vary from fair to highly recommended, adding a bonus to the overall experience.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were clean and had everything I needed, but unfortunately, they smelt very badly of cigarette smoke. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was absolutely fantastic, close to the train station and just a short walk to the Old Town. The dining experience was delicious, although I wished there was a bigger variety of options. Overall, a great stay with a few minor hiccups.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, although basic, provided comfort and a decent level of cleanliness, with a need for more thorough cleaning under and behind the furniture. The service was friendly and accommodating, making my experience enjoyable, yet some encounters with staff at the front desk were a bit unpleasant. The location was very convenient, especially for those arriving or leaving by train, however, the bustling noise from the nearby busy corner was a downside. The dining options were excellent, offering a variety of choices to suit different tastes.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were old but clean, and I found them to be excellent overall, tastefully decorated with all the necessary amenities, including very comfortable beds. However, the brightness from the street lights outside the window could have been mitigated with blackout curtains.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with large beds, TVs, and fantastic showers, although some noise from the street may be present. The service was a mix of helpful and friendly interactions alongside some disinterested and unwelcoming moments. The fantastic location is perfect for exploring the old town and is easily accessible from the train and bus stations. The dining experience was exceptional with a variety of delicious options. Overall, a great value for money stay with a blend of positive and negative aspects.
The hotel has a great view in a great location near the old town and the railway station. The rooms were beautifully appointed and renovated, with gleaming hardwood floors and totally modern bathrooms, but it was quite loud due to being near a city-train station. The service was magnificent with friendly and helpful staff. The location was excellent with good public transport options, close to the center. The dining experience offered a mix of hot and cold buffet style but lacked choice for English guests.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms overlooking the courtyard were good overall, despite some issues with dust and hair. The lack of A/C and the street light right by the window on the 2nd floor facing Krakow Glowny station were minor inconveniences. The service was exceptional, with extremely friendly and approachable staff who went out of their way to assist with non-hotel related problems. The location was superb, near key attractions and with easy access to transportation, although some noise from the tram tracks was noticeable. The dining experience was adequate with a decent selection, but nothing exceptional. Overall, a decent stay with some notable highlights and drawbacks.
The hotel is situated along a noisy street with tram sounds even at midnight. The rooms consist of single beds pushed together, which led to an uncomfortable sleep experience due to the noise, old decor, bright light, and lack of cleanliness. However, the service was efficient and caring, arranging a garage for our motorbike, and the location was excellent for exploring Krakow's attractions. The dining experience was not ideal, with limited choices and layout issues. Despite the downsides, the hotel offers decent value for the money.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The deluxe room I stayed in was very spacious and stylish, perfect for a comfortable stay. The excellent breakfast buffet and the friendly staff added a great touch to my experience. The hotel is clean and located in a convenient spot, with easy access to the train station. The only downsides were the absence of slippers and a fridge in the room, and the location slightly off the main street.
